Pay attention! The “Pavia Colleges” and “Cremona College” ranking list consists of 1) primary ranking list EU citizens (equated), 2) primary ranking list non-EU citizens (not equated), 3) supplementary ranking list EU citizens (equated), 4) supplementary ranking list non-EU citizens (not equated).
In the section “UPSHOT RANKING” present in the “STUDENT’S ONLINE SERVICES” of this website, participants in the competition for bed allocation in the EDiSU University Colleges in Pavia and Cremona for the academic year 2025/2026 can view their personal situation referring to the final outcome of the selection.
Remember that being ELIGIBLE IN THE RANKING DOES NOT MEAN TO HAVING ALREADY OBTAINED A COLLEGE LOCATION. Being eligible in the ranking list means being eligible to be called for a spot.
PLACES WILL BE ASSIGNED AS OF FRIDAY, September 5, 2025.
Based on the availability of places in EDiSU colleges and according to the student’s position in the ranking list, a place will be assigned in the college. First the students in the “primary” ranking list will be called; once this is exhausted, the students in the “supplementary” ranking list (4° income bracket) will be called.
The assignment of the place will be made known to the student through a special written communication (email / communication in the student’s private area) that will identify the college of destination.
The student no later than 2 days after receiving this communication must send a written response of:
- ACCEPTANCE OF THE BED PLACE for the entire academic year at the college to which he/she has been admitted. Acceptance of the assigned place is valid only if the student gives evidence of payment of the security deposit via PagoPA of €250,00 and accepts all disciplinary rules governing the life of the college.
or alternatively - RENOUNCE OF THE ASSIGNED PLACE, possibly stating the reasons (non-enrollment in the University, enrollment in a different University, renting private housing, accessing private colleges, not pleased with the assigned facility…). Failure to reply acceptance with proof of payment of €250.00 by the deadline set in the notice constitutes, for all purposes, renunciation of the place at any EDiSU college.
FOLLOWING THE RENOUNCES RECEIVED, EDISU WILL PROCEED TO ALLOCATE THE PLACES STILL AVAILABLE TO NEW STUDENTS LOCATED IN THE RANKING (sliding of the ranking list until all vacancies are filled). It is not possible to know in advance if and when a student will be offered a place.
Students who will enroll in course with restricted access for a.y. 2025/2026 with national or local selection, the outcomes of which are not yet known, are not required to pay the security deposit upon acceptance of the position. Acceptance is considered “dependent” on the outcome of the university selection and in any case no later than 10 October 2025.
For students who will be taking the Harvey (Medicine and Surgery) course admission test, please be advised that EDiSU will reserve 5 seats at its Colleges for a.y. 2025/2026.
Any additional seats may be assigned if the conditions stipulated in the Notice in Art. 14 “Waiver of Assigned Seat” are met.
Students who participated in the announcement as enrolled in the Filter Semester (aspiring students of Medicine and Surgery or Dentistry and Prosthodontics) at the time of the college seat assignment will have to express their “acceptance” limited to the first semester. Please refer to a careful reading of Art. 9 and Art. 13 of the announcement.
ALLOCATION OF POSITIONS TO NOT EU STUDENTS shall be made in accordance with the regional provisions set forth in the Decree of the Director general to education, training and labor of November 13, 2002, no. 21650. “Non-EU” students will therefore be assigned college places in accordance with a proportion of EU and non-EU students.
ASSIGNMENTS TO VOLTA AND CAIROLI COLLEGES will be made in accordance with Article 6 of the announcement.
