Giasone Del Maino College

Formerly the Hospital of the Incurables, later converted into the Vanzina Hat Factory, it has been completely renovated and expanded with funding provided by the Lombardy Region. It is located in the historic center, in the area characterized by the co-presence of 4 other university colleges.


It is headed by Prof. Stefano Colloca, professor of Philosophy of Law at Department of Law.

  • FORESTERIA: no. 8 single rooms, no. 2 double rooms and no. 1 triple room
  • BATHROOM: each room is equipped with its own bathroom
  • CONCIERGE: 7:30 a.m. to midnight Monday through Saturday – closed Sundays and holidays, in addition to closures as per academic calendar
  • ACCESS TO THE DISABLED: No. 7 single rooms, of which no. 4 are domotic, are intended for the disabled, and all are equipped with their own bathrooms

  • GAME / ENTERTAINMENT ROOM: No. 1 game room with table tennis, foosball and board games

  • AIR CONDITIONING: present in the rooms on the 2nd floor of the building’s new wing and related kitchen, library and computer room. There are 20 convectors in the reading rooms and common areas that deliver hot air in winter and cold air in summer
