Published Final Scholarship Rankings A.A. 2025/26.

In the section “UPSHOT RANKING” present in the “STUDENT’S ONLINE SERVICES” area, participants in the competition for the award of scholarships for the academic year 2025/2026 can view the outcome of the selection.

♦ NOTICE to ALL BENEFICIARIES ENROLLED IN FIRST YEARS:

The FIRST INSTALLMENT of the scholarship consists of:

  • a share in services (ONE free meal per day for the entire year 2026 and free bed space for “off-site” winners of accommodation in EDiSU colleges for A.Y. 2025/2026) that will be awarded to all by December 31, 2025;
  • a possible monetary share (in an amount equal to 50 percent of the total amount of the scholarship minus the value of the fee recognized in services ) that will be paid by December 31, 2025 only to students who BY THURSDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2:00 p.m. will enter the “STUDENT’S ONLINE SERVICES” area and:
  1. Enter, in the “IBAN” section, the IBAN code and other data related to the bank account in the name of the scholarship beneficiary;
  2. Confirm, in the “STATEMENT FOR COLLECTION OF SCHOLARSHIP” section, that they are NOT recipients of other Scholarships that are incompatible with the one issued by EDiSU (see art. 13 of the scholarship announcement).

N.B.. Both sections must be completed in order to receive the payment of the monetary installment. Student beneficiaries enrolled in the first years who carry out the above two fulfillments after 2 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2025, will receive the payment of the monetary portion of the first installment starting from mid-January 2026. The payment procedure necessarily involves technical times and therefore the payment order and the actual crediting of the amount to the student’s bank account will NOT take place at the same time.

The SECOND INSTALLMENT, consisting of a monetary share corresponding to the remaining value of the scholarship, will be disbursed only after the achievement, by the deadline of August 10, 2026, of the number of CFU indicated in Annex B to the call for applications. The CFU considered to achieve the minimum merit are indicated in the notice.

♦ NOTICE to ALL STUDENTS ENROLLED IN THE FIRST YEAR WITH “SUSPENDED” RESULT:
All students in the final ranking who are in the status of “Beneficiary” or “Eligible” with a suspended outcome, as they are currently enrolled in the “Filter Semester,” will be able to take advantage of the benefits and facilities recognized by EDiSU Pavia only when EDiSU ascertains the successful enrollment at the University of Pavia, according to the terms and timing to be established and of which notice will be given on this website.

♦ NOTICE to ALL BENEFICIARIES ENROLLED IN YEARS SUBSEQUENT TO THE FIRST:

The FIRST INSTALLMENT of the scholarship, disbursed only in services (one free meal per day for the entire year 2026 and free bed space for “off-site” winners of accommodation in EDiSU colleges for the a.y. 2025/2026), will be awarded to all by Decemember 31, 2025 (NO monetary share).

The SECOND INSTALLMENT of the scholarship will consist of a cash installment in an amount equal to 50 percent of the total value of the scholarship minus the value of the service fee already recognized with the first installment. The payment will take place from March 2026. The second installment is not provided, and therefore will not be disbursed, for “off-site” students residing in EDiSU colleges whose service fees, recognized with the first installment, equal or exceed 50 percent of the total value of the scholarship.

The THIRD INSTALLMENT of the scholarship will consist of a cash installment in an amount equal to the value of the scholarship not already recognized/liquidated with the first two installments. The third installment of the scholarship will be disbursed by EDiSU by June 2026.

The SECOND and the THIRD INSTALLMENT, consisting of monetary dues, will be settled at the times specified in the notice only to students who enter the “STUDENT’S ONLINE SERVICES” area and:

  1. Enter, in the “IBAN” section, the IBAN code and other data related to the bank account in the name of the scholarship beneficiary;
  2. Confirm, in the “STATEMENT FOR COLLECTION OF SCHOLARSHIP” section, that they are NOT recipients of other Scholarships that are incompatible with the one issued by EDiSU (see art. 13 of the scholarship announcement).

N.B. Both sections must be completed in order to receive the scholarship monetary share. The payment procedure necessarily involves technical times and therefore the payment order and the actual crediting of the amount to the student’s bank account do NOT occur at the same time.
