Publication of provisional ranking list of 2025/2026 a.y. scholarships after filter semester in other University

PUBLICATION OF PROVISIONAL RANKING LIST FOR THE AWARDING OF SCHOLARSHIPS FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2025/2026 AFTER FILTER SEMESTER IN OTHER UNIVERSITY

EDiSU – Economic Benefits Office processed the Scholarship applications submitted by the deadline of Feb. 23, 2026, 12 noon by students who did the “Filter/Open Semester” in other University.

In the section “UPSHOT RANKING” present in “Student’s Online Services on this website, participants in the selection can view their personal situation referring to the provisional outcome.

The current outcome is provisional as it is defined on the basis of the self-certifications submitted by the applicants and according to the situation at the University’s Student Office as of March 9, 2026.

Any requests for revision must be submitted to EDiSU Pavia by 11:59 p.m. on MARCH 15, 2026 using ONLY the online procedure “SUBMIT REVIEW” available in the space below the displayed outcome. The request for review may be submitted for the cases provided for in Article 9 of the Ordinary Notice of Competition and must be substantiated and supplemented by appropriate documentation.

The final ranking may be subject to change as a result of updated data from the University, further verifications conducted by EDiSU as well as the acceptance of appeals filed by interested parties related to enrollment for the current academic year, merit, financial status, and documentation produced by foreign students.

“COMMUTER” / “OFF-SITE” STATUS IN THE PROVISIONAL RANKING

In the provisional ranking for the awarding of scholarships for A.Y. 2025/2026 – “Filter / Open Semester” students from other universities, the status of “off-site” student was recognized only to students residing in “off-site” municipalities, or in foreign states, who are guests in an EDiSU Pavia college for at least no. 3 months and already registered by the Bursar in the appropriate computer management system.

Students residing in “off-site” municipalities, or in foreign states, and holding a lease contract at the location of the course attended (or guests of private colleges or on mobility abroad) will be “commuters” in the provisional ranking since verifications related to meeting the requirements to be an “off-site student” will begin only after March 15, 2026.

All students residing in “off-site” municipalities or in foreign states are reminded that they must submit by March 15, 2026 at the latest, the documentation suitable for proving the availability of paid accommodation, for study purposes, for at least no. 3 months related to the academic year. 2025/2026 (lease contract and its registration / hospitality at a private college / participation in a mobility project abroad) in the specific area “On-line Student Services”=> “Lease contract data “ in order to result “off-site students” in the final ranking (please refer to art. 6 of the Notice).
