Reports and complaints

To submit advice, suggestions or complaints, it is possible to use the “Reports and Complaints Form” (M06) you can find at the end of this page. This form is also available at the EDiSU counter, Via Calatafimi 11, during the opening hours to the public.
The form can be:

1) sent by e-mail to segnalazioni@edisu.pv.it;

2) mailed in the special “Reports and Complaints” boxes installed at EDiSU facilities;

3) mailed to:

Quality Management Manager
Via Calatafimi 11, 27100 Pavia (PV)

Please indicate your contact information and EDiSU will respond within 30 days from receipt of the report.

For reports regarding canteens, colleges and residences, we suggest that you indicate precisely the facility and, if applicable, whether you are a student lodger; also, to enable us to better intervene on the problems encountered, please indicate precisely the environments (room no…, study room, etc.) being reported.
