Philosophy of leadership and motivation – Andrea Re
Who is destined to fill the leadership role?
If by leaders we mean those who take responsibility for others, those who positively influence people, the answer is potentially everyone.
And what is the ideal leadership style?
What are the key skills a leader must possess to motivate employees?
Who “motivates the leader?”
An effective leader is distinguished by the ability to communicate a clear, precise vision partly through an empathetic attitude toward employees.
A leader must know how to work on his or her own self-motivational levers, putting employees and their personal and professional growth at the center of the process, working on increasing levels of motivation.
In an age when even intelligence can be simulated and action automated, the difference will continue to be made by the quality of human presence combined with the ability to motivate oneself and to motivate: to make sense of actions, take responsibility and build authentic relationships.
It is on this ground that the leadership of the future and its credibility will be played out.
